FILM ABOUT WIYOT AND TERRA-GEN WIND FARM. A new movie called Tending Nature has recently come out about the Wiyot battle last year against Terra-Gen's plans to put windfarms on sacred land. It features local tribal representatives, community members, Humboldt students and faculty. If you are interested in generation of alternative energy and indigenous people's approaches to land management and preserving cultural practices, this is a great film (it's about 30 minutes long).
